FCF and it's projects all agree to make the health and safety of children under our care the highest priority. In order to help facilitate this throughout the organization, the following Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct have been created. It is the expectation that all FCF staff, regardless of their role at FCF, nationality, employment status, or duration of employment, abide by the terms of these documents in their daily service at FCF or it's projects.

Child Protection Policy

All FCF staff, regardless of their role at FCF, nationality, employment status, or duration of employment, must abide by the full child protection policy while serving with an FCF project. In order to ensure that staff are sufficiently educated on this policy, all staff must also undergo an annual course, certifying the materials have been presented to them.

Code of Conduct

All FCF staff, regardless of nationality, employment status, or duration of employment, must agree to and sign the FCF Code of Conduct PRIOR to any service with FCF or any of it's projects. This document must be signed and the original delivered to the FCF office for filing.
