FCF and its projects all agree to make the health and safety of children under our care the highest priority. To help implement this throughout the organization, we've created the following Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct have been created. It is the expectation that all FCF staff, regardless of their role at FCF, nationality, employment status, or duration of employment, abide by the terms of these documents in their daily service at FCF or its projects.
Child Protection Policy
All FCF staff, regardless of their role at FCF, nationality, employment status, or duration of employment, must abide by the entire child protection policy while serving with an FCF project. To ensure that everyone is educated on this policy, all staff must also undergo an annual course certifying the materials have been presented to them.
